Dr. Xavier Valle has extensive experience in Sports Medicine practicing as doctor both at the FC Barcelona and the Clinica Mapfre de Medicina del Tenis. He specializes in the Diagnosis, Management and Rehabilitation of sports injuries and musculoskeletal pathologies. Special interests are all Soft tissue Injuries, muscle Injuries, DOMS, Tendon Injuries, Ankle and Knee Injuries, Bone stress Injuries, Low back pain, wrist/elbow/shoulder soft tissue injuries. His main management approaches are Specific Exercise prescription as a treatment for Musculoskeletal pathologies, prevention programs design, Ultrasound guided injections.
On his free time Dr. Valle enjoys spending time with his family walking on the beach.
